The campaign reports module has been enriched with new, much more visually attractive 3D graphs. When the cursor is moved over the columns, specific values or percentages are displayed. All time graphs are scaleable. Therefore, now it is possible to zoom any graph, and have a closer look at its chosen fragment. Data series can be switched on and off, and descriptions can be turned on and off, too.

  • Export your reports – fast and clearly

In order to make the presentations and reports analysis easier to prepare, SARE system was supplemented with an export tool. Now it is possible to export all statistics data to a Word document, and tables – to Excel. This particular functionality is available both for the whole report module, and separately – for each campaign.

When data are exported to a spreadsheet, they are easier to collate and compare with information from other systems. Similarly, access to a full report in a DOC file makes its modification much more user-friendly, before it is saved in its final version (e.g. in a PDF file).

  • Add an eco-footer to your email

As our little contribution to the protection of our environment, we have developed a small functionality which may make email recipients quit the idea of unnecessary email printing. When a mailing is prepared, in the message editor you can add the following line quite easily: “Do you have to print this email? Take care of the environment!”. This short text is supplemented with an ecology-type icon.

We need take into account that every month SARE engines send more than 10 million newsletters and mailings. If each of these messages were printed on A4 sheet, it would require cutting down of 588 trees.

Therefore, we suggest to put this eco-footer in our messages. In this way we will make our recipients think whether all these print-outs are really indispensable.
