E-mail marketing boosts the sales
The latest research, carried out by Epsilon in the United States, shows that the purchase probability grows by 50% if clients were earlier informed of products by email.
The survey showed that clients have positive opinions about companies who sent emails to them. 50% respondents said that emails they received from companies significantly increased the purchase probability. More than two thirds of respondents remember the email communication with companies when purchases were taking place.
The survey of 1517 customers was carried out in October 2008.
