SARE opinion poll
Recently we have just received an opinion poll report after the research among the clients of SARE. The point of the project, in which 126 clients of SARE has participated (from July to October), was mainly to recognise the desirable directions of the system development, as well as to check the effectiveness of particular communication channels. The poll has been carried out with the CATI method (a phone survey supported by computers). We would like to thank all our clients who had kindly devoted their time to help us with our survey.
The results of the poll have shown that 57% of you declare to be using the system without any prior training, and at least 90% of our respondents can manage the mailings without our consultant’s help. Still, please keep in mind that there is a possibility to take part in a training on the SARE system. As for additional services provided by SARE, the most popular are SMS messaging service, preparing reports and recommendations, and creation service. The scope of services of SARE also includes legal consultations, planning campaigns for external address databases (SARE MailMedia), as well as planning campaigns for expansion of databases. The survey has also shown that one in four companies has ordered e-invoices, yet over 56% of them do not use this option, although it can significantly simplify the payments.
We are happy that over two thirds of our respondents would recommend SARE to others. We are also grateful for your advice and all ideas about how our cooperation could be improved.
