Tomasz Pruszczyński - President of the Board
Tomasz is one of the two founders of SARE. He co-develops our partnership’s strategy and actively supports its work. He graduated from Higher Education School of Communication and Social Media. He also studied building science, photography, and sociology. He served in the army. A judge in advertising competitions, and a conference speaker. His passions include travelling, diving and sailing.
Damian Rutkowski - Vice-President – Finance
Damian is the second of the founders of SARE. He is the Financial Vice-Chairman (Vice-President) responsible for Finances and Administration. He graduated form Silesian University of Technology and Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). His passions are motorcycles, Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), cappuccino, and draught beer.
Krzysztof Dębowski – Member of the Board
Krzysztof graduated from Higher Education School of Communication and Social Media. He also graduated from post-diploma studies in Business Management and Administration and studied at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. Between 2001 and 2003, he worked in leading PR agencies and in 2004 introduced SARE to the polish market.
Dariusz Piekarski - Managing Director
An effective manager with many years’ experience in integrated organisational management. Exceptionally successful in development and implementation corporate strategic and operational policies. He graduated from Częstochowa University of Technology and Wielkopolska Business School. He also completed a postgraduate Internet Marketing course at the Warsaw School of Economics. At SARE S.A. he will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company. He loves diving and mountain climbing – he has climbed Caucasian, Alpine and other peaks.
Tomasz Kusy – Director of Programming Department
For over twenty years, Tomasz has been a professional programmer. He is the father of SARE and, as he says, knows almost every line of its programming. Earlier, he was the manager of programmers at the interactive agency OS3 multimedia. He graduated from IT Faculty at Polytechnic University in Opole. Privately, he is engaged in activities of the local government. Lately, he returned to training of fire arms shooting. He enjoys all kind of games – from playing cards to playing Playstation. His music interests include Polish rock – Kult and Kazik Staszewski are his favourites.

Sylwia Vogel - PR Manager
She is a graduate of the Silesian School of Management. While working for SARE she has been responsible for the presentation both of interesting email campaigns and case studies, as well as for writing the company blog, media relations and investor relations. In her spare time she enjoys active recreations – cycling, canoeing, skiing and yoga.
Łukasz Rzewuski – Business Development Manager
Łukasz is responsible for cooperation with interactive agencies and media houses as well as with key accounts of the company. The leader of the “E-mail Marketing Workgroup” at Interactive Advertising Bureau Polska. Graduated from the law department at Kozminski University. In private, an enthusiast of new technologies, and Internet addict.
