In the loyalty program IKEA Family, we are using email to communicate with over 200.000 people. We are creating emails and ensuring that they are properly displayed in all computer systems. We are helping with text selection, servicing the return communication, and are preparing reports, analysis, and recommendations. As a result email became one of the three base channels of communication, beside the website and IKEA catalogue.
Switch2one.tv, a project developed by MTV Networks, gathers programs known from such TV channels as MTV, Viva, VH1, comedy central and over 8.000 video clips. We are supporting communication in contests, informing about new services, and ensuring contact with people visiting the website. This means sending over one million newsletters monthly.

We are using emails to attract clients to websites, and making this a source of advertising income.
Ensuring up-to-date data exchange between two systems is the main focus of our cooperation with Publishing Group Infor. Using SOAP and API interfaces and XML language we are able to synchronize address databases and send advertising emails and newsletters without the need to import of hundreds of thousands of records each time. Reports on results of marketing email campaigns are available in both systems on ongoing bases.

Together, we have created database with several thousands of addresses and allowed each of the markets to lead their independent promotional campaigns.
