iSecure will support SARE in personal data protection

SARE begins strategic work with personal data protection specialists from iSecure (a consulting company). This partnership complements services provided by SARE legal department with activities such as conducting internal audits, preparing documents required by Personal Data Protection Act as well as preparation for General Inspector of Personal Data Protection (GIODO) check-ups.

Cooperation between these two companies started from conducting an audit at SARE related to compliance of entrusted personal data with binding regulations. The audit is still continued to prepare the agency to work with several Polish and international banks.

This partnership made SARE customers entitled to support from iSecure – and iSecure which will take care of personal data accumulated by the customers so that they are collected, processed and used in a legal way (e.g. for marketing purposes). iSecure will also help in preparing indispensable procedures and documents required by the Personal Data Protection Act and its executive acts, and will enter the collection of records to the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection (GIODO). SARE customers will also be able to use the function of information security administrator (ABI) as an external help as well as attend one of the tailor-made internal training sessions available in the company’s portfolio.
