SARE email marketing tool

SARE system is an application developed to manage address databases, send newsletters and mailings, and analyse campaign effects. All SARE users are obliged to comply with the licence agreement. The purposes of the licence agreement is to protect recipients’ privacy, and to guarantee the confidential status of all information. However, should you receive an unwanted message sent by any user of SARE system, please send us the headings of unwanted emails to abuse@sare.pl.

All users of SARE system are expected to comply with the mandatory laws at each stage of our cooperation. The following laws need to be strictly respected (links to documents in Polish):

SARE system complies with all requirements for IT systems, designed for personal data processing. A detailed description of procedures and protections is included in the trade contract. All news bulletins sent to the users of SARE system include information on current legal issues, analyses, opinions and interpretations.

 

Internet website www.sare.pl – terms of service

  1. The internet website www.sare.pl has been designed to provide certain information and to promote products and services provided by SARE Sp. z o.o., located in Rybnik, at Piasta 12. Internet users who decide to use the website, simultaneously agree to accept these terms of service.
  2. The website www.sare.pl is safe, and using it will not present any threat. However, we would like to emphasise that when connected to the Internet, all users may be susceptible to unauthorised data interceptions or automatic setup of potentially dangerous applications. In order to minimise the risk, we recommend to use anti-virus and anti-spam software.
  3. In order to reply to your queries and prepare an offer, we may need to process your data specified in the contact form. We guarantee the confidential status of all your data. You are allowed to access your personal data, amend the data, and delete your personal data at all times.
  4. For statistical purposes, the www.sare.pl website may generate cookie files. They are fully safe. However, your website browser may block cookie setup.
  5. The email address you specified in the newsletter form will be verified by sending a confirmation email that includes an activation link. When the link is clicked, the system will put your email address on the SARE bulletin distribution list. You will also receive occasional commercial emailings. You can unsubscribe from the list any time. In order to unsubscribe, you need to click an opt-out link, placed in the footnote of each newsletter.
  6. All information published on www.sare.pl can be used freely on condition that the source of information is clearly specified. At the same time, we need to emphasise that www.sare.pl contains logos and trademarks owned by third parties. As such, they cannot be used without a prior consent from their owners.
  7. It is forbidden for all users of www.sare.pl to breach the generally accepted social standards or acceptable social behaviour. This rule is especially in force when related to individual posts and comments to blog entries. The contents of posts and comments cannot be untrue, defamatory or discriminatory in their nature.
  8. Access to www.sare.pl can be limited without prior notice. SARE retains the right to introduce changes both in the website content, and in the text of the terms of service.
