Dynamic content
Messages sent as part of one campaign will automatically adjust their looks to particular addressees’ preferences. Depending on the values of the characteristics describing concrete subscribers or their recorded behaviours, the users will receive different contents, images and links. Thanks to this feature each message will ideally correspond with its recipient’s expectations.

Conditional emails
SARE will automatically send a message even to just one addressee, if a predefined condition is met. The condition can be defined for example as a date, an hour or a certain behaviour. The functionality allows for birthday emails, reminders or even defining a whole scheme of consecutive email or text messages. They can rely on the time or the recording of an action performed by a user (e.g. opening, clicking, saving, making a recent purchase, or logging on).

SMS campaigns
SARE allows for sending an unlimited number of SMS messages , which perfectly complement e‑mail marketing activities. Every SMS message can be personalised which means that it can contain a name or a unique discount code for example. The module of SMS campaigns offers comprehensive delivery reports and behavioural targeting tools. It also supports return communication, i.e. it receives and saves in a data base the information contained in text messages sent by users to premium or other numbers. The reception of such a message can also trigger a particular action (e.g. sending an e‑mail or the next SMS message).

A/B/X testing
Comparing the effectiveness of different e‑mail creations on a test group of addressees allows for the selection of the most effective one and finally sending it out to the whole base. SARE offers the possibility of comparing an unlimited number of messages, the analysis of the effectiveness of message headers or message contents, as well as the automatic triggering of final sending after the predefined objectives have been met.

Creation testing
SARE allows for checking if a message is displayed correctly in eighteen most popular e‑mail clients, as well as on the iPhone and the iPad. One can view either whole mailboxes or particular messages, with or without blocked images, without the need to log on the mailboxes.

Spam testing
A detailed analysis of e‑mail creations allows to measure the probability of blocking them by anti-spam filters. The points counter shows a safe level one should hold on to. Every unwanted element is accurately described so that it can be eliminated, which will later help to get all the messages through to their recipients.

Advanced personalisation
SARE allows to include any details of a subscriber in the e‑mail header and the e‑mail body. These can be names, surnames, cities, information on the number of points collected, individual discount codes or passwords. If necessary, Polish names will be automatically conjugated to the vocative case (e.g. Witaj Marku!). The advanced personalisation covers also links embedded in the e‑mail body, thanks to which every addressee can be redirected to a website of interest (e.g. a survey).

Bar codes
SARE allows for sending e‑mails which contain bar codes. These bar codes can be fully personalised. The system automatically transforms character chains into their graphic equivalents and embeds them in the content of a mailing or a newsletter. After the message is printed, the bar code is readable by a cash register for example. It allows for attracting the recipient of a message to a shop (or other place where bar codes are used) and accurate assessment of the campaign effectiveness.

Advanced reporting
The comprehensive reporting module allows to follow the results of particular campaigns and compare them. The indicators for openings, clicks and returns measure recipients’ interest in particular topics as well as the their activity levels. All the data are available as scalable graphs and tables, which can be exported to a selected format. The integration with Google Analytics offers an opportunity to follow users’ further activity on a website and determine the conversion rate of a mailing.

Behavioural targeting
The information about recipients’ actions (e.g. clicks on particular links) can help to adjust contents of consecutive newsletters to the recipients preferences even more accurately. Thanks to this feature, a person who has read about the same product for the third time, will be able to receive more information about this product in the next e- mail or be offered to buy it. Similarly, an SMS message will be sent to a person who has repeatedly failed to receive an e‑mail. SARE also allows to create behavioural profiles, and the information on particular recipients’ reactions can be exported and used in other marketing activities.

Integration with social media
Recipients of newsletters circulated by SARE can easily publish them on social networking websites, thus increasing their impact. The functionality allows for promoting messages on Twitter, Facebook, Blip, Flaker, Ĺšledzik and Wykop. The reporting system shows which of the websites are most effective.

SAREscript
SAREscript is an open developer platform permitting for the unaided creation of new functionalities, best corresponding with a client’s current needs. The interfaces were made available for a dozen or so most popular solutions, other can be created based on publicly accessible documentation. SAREscript allows for creating scripts for such actions as modifying e‑mail contents, defining sending procedures, operations on databases. Combining the solution with API and SOAP interfaces offers almost unlimited possibilities for developers.

PollsPolls
The new module of polls available in SARE enables carrying out advanced Internet research. With this function, the influence the effectiveness of the implemented e‑mail marketing campaigns and pro-sales activities may be significantly influenced. In the system, various types of questions can be created, such as e.g. single choice questions, multiple choice questions, open questions, and matrix questions. You can also generate a special question asking for the e‑mail – in order to expand the address base. In addition, the system allows addition conditions to questions, use of your own poll templates (as well as templates available in the system), and conducting thorough analyses based on advanced reports from the research.
