SARE is using series of servers responsible for various functions associated with the running of the system, data processing, and sending out email and SMS messages.

Because of this structure, we have achieved efficiency allowing management of address databases with multimillion entries and sending hundreds of thousands of messages an hour.

Data gathered in SARE is protected to the highest degree. Servers are communicating using SSL- and SSH-encoded connections. Back-up of data performed every few hours allows for data retrieval at any given time. The servers are kept in one of the most modern hosing centres in Poland. This guarantees safety and break-down free operation of the whole infrastructure, even in case of multi-day power shortages. The highest security level achieved by use of technical and organizational solutions makes SARE preferred tool for personal data processing.

Structure and technology used in SARE allow for its integration with many database solutions (CRM systems, intranets, data wholesalers). Use of SOAP, XML, and user scripts allow sharing of statistical data, data retrieval, mutual synchronization of address databases, and regular retrieving of text messages from websites and CMS systems.
